Powder Blues?

Air Jordan Retro IX's -- hit stores this weekend, May 29th to be exact. At a retail price of $150. With the White/Black-University Blue color-way, doesn't that make you think of Carolina Jerseys? Throwbacks for sure and maybe even Jersey dress' ("Best Of Me" - Mya featuring Jay-z, yes I took it back). I've gotten asked if I was going to cop these joints 10 times, my answer is NO. My heart is set on the Flints (XIII) and Cool Greys (XI). For those of you planning on copping these, enjoy !

*FYI There is a difference between these retro's and the original 'powder blues'.

"Although this particular sneakers seems to be a carbon copy of 1993’s “Powder Blue” Air Jordan IX, the new retro features some distinctive attributes of its own. For example, the shoe as a whole features university blue instead of powder blue. In other color detail, the Jumpman logo on the outsole is black as opposed to being blue on the original colorway. While there are minor changes between the original and the retro, many sneaker enthusiasts will be glad to see these in the retail spots." via- NK
