Born on the East Coast (New York; Brooklyn to be precise) but has an undying love for the West Coast. Neef takes shxt from NO ONE, which means she obviously holds her own ! Her earliest influence came from her father, who was a photographer when she was just a baby. Neef's brother, also much of an influence on her, has a lot to do with her development as a photographer.
