WOW!!! uhhhm, yeah.. like i said, WOW! haha.. i watched all 3minutes and 24seconds of that insanity. that is CRAZY! i aint even hatin on them.. cuz i dont think ppl realize how much upper body strength and flexibility that pole dancing requires.. i've always thought about classes.. just haven't found a secret to gym to take them at.. haha.. can't have my friends knowin my secrets ;)
