Where have all the Scary movies gone?

_i saw The Haunting In Connecticut on sunday. I've been dawning on television and movies lately, and how much a lot of new shows/movies are a waste of my time. Thinking to myself, Why aren't scary movies scary anymore? and Why shows are nothing but a bunch of nonsense? Anyway, this movie isn't as bad as i thought it would be. overall, the film is pretty cool. there are definitely the "jump up out of your seat" moments. I am just waiting for that real scary, put fear in my heart type of movie. for instance, when i was little i loved chucky, freddy krougar, candyman, and so on... now that is when scary movies were in it's prime ! can't wait till those days return.

see for yourself; if you've seen it. give your feedback; thanks.

you guys ever stop to think that maybe we're getting old....

Lol.

Chucky NEVER scared me. I was a toddler crying because they WOULDNT let me watch chucky.

I loved Chucky however, chucky got alot more funnier as the time went on and "Ahh bayy doo dumbella give me the power i beg of you" lost alot of its power to scare me.

Freddy Krueger kind of still scares me along with Candy Man

IDK alot of this stuff is cheap, i just cant wait until where all the wild things are comes out. I loved those books LOL
